New for 2011, Anatomy have decided to group together their favorite exercises into an exercise class. This means you get the benefit of the personal trainer’s, sports rehabilitator’s and physiotherapist experience, on a more affordable and group basis
Core stability class, the Anatomy way….
“Core stability” is an exercise ‘buzz words’, but very important too. All of our movements are supported by our ‘core’ including lifting, standing, sitting, picking things up etc. Therefore these classes are going to focus on your entire core, it’s not about getting a six-pack, but instead they are aimed at strengthening your entire body from your shoulders down to your knees, including those deep muscles in your stomach and back, which support your spine and pelvis. We are going to use dynamic, functional exercises alongside static and stability ones. We will also address flexibility around the hips and lower back as the hips sit in the middle of everything, ‘talking’ to the rest of our bodies.
Classes are run at different times through out the week so drop into the clinic to pick up this months time table.
All classes are £36 for a block of 6 sessions or £8 for an individual session.
