Simon Myerscough - Personal Trainer

Achieving a Sports Rehabilitation Degree at Salford University gave me an opportunity to work with elite athletes and coaches at clubs like Stockport County F.C. and Kilmarnock F.C.

Since graduating I have furthered my education by gaining REPS Level 3 Personal Training Qualification and have worked with a wide range of clientele. Working in both clinics and also performing treatments in clients homes means that I able to provide a service to anyone requiring treatment.

I play semi-professional football and train regularly and therefore know how frustrating it can be to sustain an injury - not only effecting your hobbies or chosen sport, but also your everyday life.
